Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and released. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification with your shipment’s tracking information. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $500 for Canada & the United States. 

Shipments within Canada
For orders that are placed within Canada, customers are subject to GST or HST. For orders that are placed within Canada that ship from our US warehouse are subject to duties, taxes and/or import fees by your local customs authority. 

Shipments to the US
Shipments to the US are subject to duties, taxes and/or import fees by your local customs authority. For orders that are placed within California, customers are subject to state, county and local sales tax. We do not have control over customs, clearance delays, or government entity held packages.

International Shipments
For orders that are placed outside of North America, shipments are subject to duties, taxes and/or import fees by your local customs authority. We do not have control over customs, clearance delays, or government entity held packages.
