Return policy
In our efforts to operate more sustainably, we advise that you carefully consider and plan your purchase prior to check out. Multiple deliveries or shipments occur when you buy and return your order, creating unnecessary emissions. Consult our size chart and product images carefully and feel free to email us with any questions regarding items of interest at sales@beaufille.com.
If necessary, we offer a 14-day return policy on full-priced items, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please attach the receipt or proof of purchase in your email.

Domestic (Canada) & USA Returns:
To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@beaufille.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to drop off your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A restocking fee of $25 CAD will be deducted from order refunds in Canada, a restocking fee of $25 USD will be deducted from order refunds from the USA. Duties and import taxes on US & Canada orders cannot be refunded, we recommend contacting your border control agency for refunds on duties and import taxes for returned items.
International Returns
To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@beaufille.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping charges relating to the return. Please ship via a traceable shipping method, insure the shipment, and indicate that it is a return to vendor shipment. Please send us a copy of the shipping documents once available. A restocking fee of $25 in your local currency will be deducted from your order refund. Duties and import taxes on international orders cannot be refunded, we recommend contacting your border control agency for refunds on duties and import taxes for returned items.

Damages and issues
Each order is carefully packed and checked prior to dispatch. It is unlikely you would receive a damaged or faulty item, however please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We require imagery sent for any claims. Please send all claims to sales@beaufille.com.
Exchanges
In efforts to be mindful of unnecessary emissions related to multiple deliveries or shipments, we advise that you carefully consider your purchase prior to check out. Should you need to exchange, you may contact sales@beaufille.com to request your exchange. We encourage placing a new order at your earliest convenience to ensure you receive the preferred item(s). We do not hold items that have not been purchased. Once the inital return is received and accepted, you will receive a refund on the original payment method or a gift card of the same value upon request. Please note a restocking fee as outlined above will be deducted from this refund per your region.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or exchange, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping and restocking fees based on your region. Alternatively we can issue a gift card of equivalent value of the returned item(s) upon request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We do not have control over the foreign currency rates and fees set and charged by your credit card company. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
Suede Leather Care & Return Policy Disclaimer
Please note that suede leather is a natural material with a delicate surface and a soft texture, which makes it inherently prone to marks, scratches, and scuffs. As such, we strongly advise handling all suede items with care.
Each item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Due to the sensitive nature of suede, we are unable to accept returns for items that are returned with visible signs of wear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, or other damage not present at the time of shipment.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Any item that does not meet this requirement will not be eligible for a refund.
